Aug 22, 2015 at 12:53 comment added ReneFroger @PythonNut, I reported it to Evil issues tracker. And Dan, that's weird. I had that behaviour sometimes too.
Aug 22, 2015 at 10:48 comment added Dan Actually, it seems to work sometimes, but I can't figure out why it works when it does, and why it does not in the majority of cases I try it.
Aug 22, 2015 at 0:52 comment added PythonNut Is this just a plain Evil bug? Any chance you can report it?
Aug 21, 2015 at 23:24 comment added ReneFroger Thanks for the update, I changed the title to not be OS-specific.

Aug 21, 2015 at 21:55 comment added Dan Ah, I see what you're saying. For what it's worth, it's not Windows-specific: it also does not yank from the OS clipboard in visual state on Linux (Fedora, if it matters).

Aug 21, 2015 at 21:53 comment added ReneFroger I'm aware of both topics, but I think it's more Evil related than clipboard. The clipboard function works fine inside normal mode. And not for visual mode.
Aug 21, 2015 at 21:52 comment added Dan Probable duplicates: Add operating system clipboard to kill ring, How to access os clipboard using Emacs + Evil.
