Of course when I start EmacsIs there a way to maximize my window on start-up?

Currently, a little frame comes up. I am aware that I can hit Control+Windows Key+Up on my keyboard but it is very bothersome.

So, is there a way to maximize my window on start-up?do that every time.

Note: I am using Emacs 24.4 on Ubuntu 12.04.
