To define it as a new function I used (defun org-timer-start-with-offset () "Start the timer and prompt user to enter a time offset" (interactive) (org-timer-start '(4)))

Does this mean I would use something like (define-key org-mode-map (kbd "C-c N") (lambda () (interactive)(org-timer-start '(4))) ?
