Oct 20, 2022 at 11:40 | comment | added | NickD | I suspect your code has the same bug as the code in this question: as you are replacing, the end-of-buffer position changes, but you are using the same position and sometimes you end up pointing beyond the end of the buffer. If that answer fixes this problem, we can mark this question as a duplicate. | |
