Having trouble using EXWM with multiple monitors, and with exwm-input-global-keys

Question

I'm not sure how to open more than one Emacs frame in a given workspace; ideally I would have one frame in each of my two monitors. Presently, my issue is that I'm stuck with only one frame in each workspace, and all lie in the same monitor. Here are the important parts of my config:

Another issue is that the exwm-input-global-keys I've set don't seem to work; if I try s-r, then the minibuffer simply tells me "s-r is undefined". I'd appreciate any suggestions. EDIT: I think I figured out the global-key thing. Still stuck on the monitor issue though.
