I want to export an org-babel document to html with bibliographies from a .bib file. The org-file is the following:

#+TITLE: Test
#+AUTHOR: Your Name
#+EMAIL: your-email@server.com
#+PANDOC_OPTIONS: bibliography:refs.bib
#+PANDOC_OPTIONS: filter:pandoc-citeproc
#+PROPERTY: header-args :session *Python* :exports both :tangle yes

* Python example

#+BEGIN_SRC python
x = [3,2,1]

#+BEGIN_SRC python :results output

* Citation example

Where refs.bib contains:

author = {Lowry, Oliver H. and Rosebrough, Nira J. and Farr, A. Lewis and Randall, Rose J.},
title = {Protein Measurement with the Folin Phenol Reagent},
volume = {193},
number = {1},
pages = {265-275},
year = {1951},
URL = {http://www.jbc.org/content/193/1/265.short},
eprint = {http://www.jbc.org/content/193/1/265.full.pdf+html},
journal = {Journal of Biological Chemistry}

The org-babel part works fine with org-html-export-to-html. However, the citation remains @Lowry1951.

In my .emacs file, I have the (require 'ox-pandoc) statement and export to html using org-pandoc-export-to-html5. Then, I get the proper citation and bibliography, but the code is not run with org-babel.

Is there a way to get both the calculations and the bibliography?
