I'm trying to use outline-minor-mode in a custom major-mode for editing abaqus/calculix inp files. Here, keyword lines start with "*" and I'd like to fold the content that comes below it, and comment lines start with "**".
The behavior I'd like is to ensure that outline-folding works only on the non-commented lines and all the comment lines are visible at all times and may not be folded.
