I want tags to auto-complete based on all my org files.
I've found (setq org-complete-tags-always-offer-all-agenda-tags t), but is there any similar line to always-offer-all-tags?;)

org-agenda-filestells it what they are, but it would have to scan all the files in your system and figure out for each one whether it is an org mode file (which theoretically at least would have to open each file and examine the major mode that it ended up in) - that would take forever. You might be able to do what you want as long as you limit yourself to the files that have been opened already. – NickD Sep 30 '20 at 11:55
