Linux Mint 20, Emacs 27.2

Here my keybinding

;; You can run the command ‘tab-new’ with C-x t 2
(global-set-key (kbd "C-t") 'tab-new)
(global-set-key (kbd "C-<tab>") 'tab-next)

So when I, e.g. open file and press C-t then create new tab.

But when I'm in dired mode and press C-t then new tab NOT create. And in the minibuffer show C-t
