A related question to a previously answered question: pdf-tools now has a nice continuous scroll mode, unfortunately, horizontal split buffers dont work nicely for continuous scroll pdf preview. So, I would like the following setup: split emacs window vertically into 4 buffers (side-by-side). The first (left most) buffer contains a latex file, the second buffer contains the pdf-preview, the third buffer contains the same latex file (but a different part of the file), the fourth buffer previews the pdf of the third buffer. Specifically, the first and second buffer should be coordinated for forward and reverse search in latex; similarly the third and fourth buffer should be coordinated for forward and inverse search. It would be great if someone could tell me how to do this.
