e.g. I'm trying to use standard org-refile but with inbox.org/Tickler automatically inserted at the prompt such that I can just type 1 and Return to move an entry to inbox.org/Tickler/1.
(I'm sure this has been asked before but I don't know the emacs/elisp terminology to ask find it).
