When I attempt to customize-face In *Colors* Emacs shows default set colors like:

Instead can I show custom defined colors of my own that has following ascii codes: https://github.com/dracula/dracula-theme#color-palette. For example I want to use following colors in Colors as well: My-Yellow #f1fa8c, My-Green #50fa7b.

    It is possible and not very difficult, but as far as I can find, it is quite cumbersome to achieve. If you think this is really necessary, then you could try to create a feature request (although I guess it will have no priority at all). Otherwise, you could study the source of list-colors-display to see how it uses x-colors (for GNU/linux), color-values and list-colors-print to display the colors and come up with a solution yourself, including defining a 'custom-colors' alist, and adding those color names to the x-colors list.
