Is There a Way To Set "Lisp-Interaction-Mode" to be Default?
Update auto-mode-alist, to give it an association between *.el and lisp-interaction-mode.
(add-to-list 'auto-mode-alist (cons "\\.el\\'" #'lisp-interaction-mode))
