Can I use mmm-mode two levels deep?
I've asked in the github repo, and it seems to not be supported at the moment, but could be implemented soon: https://github.com/purcell/mmm-mode/issues/102

mmm-mode and flyspell
If the overlays for the Python blocks are already placed by mmm-mode you can skip misspelled words by detecting overlays with property mmm-mode equal to python-mode in flyspell-incorrect-hook.

In mmm-mode can you have several classes for the same mode?
Yes, the latter is possible. You can have two different add-classes for the same embedded language, but you must name them differently.
